Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, tucked away on a side street to eliminate noise from the downtown tourist area. The rooms are warm and cozy in line with local culture, but the bathroom could use some improvement. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The dining experience was a must-try, especially the home-made carrot ginger jam!
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful! The rooms were clean, cozy, spacious, and almost dreamlike, set in a lovely building with a large garden right in the heart of Thamel. While the view overlooked the front of the hotel, the service was super friendly and helpful, with some slight nosiness. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Thamel area, offering a relaxing retreat in the midst of the bustling city.
The hotel was beautiful with eco-friendly touches but could use more natural light and better lighting. The service was warm and friendly overall, although the restaurant staff were outstanding. The location was excellent, right in the center of town but still tucked away on a quiet street. The dining was ok but could be improved, and the facilities were generally satisfactory.
The hotel is located in a quiet area yet just a stone's throw away from the bustling streets of Thamel, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms, although characterful, may feel a bit dark during the day, providing a unique ambiance for reflection. The service is supportive, especially in organizing transportation services, but the restaurant service could use some improvement. The dining options range from delicious to average, catering to varying tastes. Overall, a place with great potential for relaxation and exploration.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious but had a cold and dingy vibe, resembling something from a movie scene. On the bright side, they did have a nice sitting area for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness, even organizing transportation and waking me up for an early adventure. Despite the pleasant service, the dining options left much to be desired, with basic and limited choices. The central location was a definite plus for exploring Kathmandu, though the area's busy traffic could be overwhelming at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were rather dark, making it challenging to pack up to leave, but they were spacious and tastefully decorated. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to arrange airport transportation for us. The location, right in the heart of Thamel, was wonderful, although some aspects were not well-prepared for guests. The dining was basic, with limited options for non-coffee drinkers. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
